Please remember:
- The product (s) must be in its original packaging and not unopened, with the original product order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts.
- If the customer has paid the credit card, a refund will be made to his account, and a confirmation email will be sent to him.
- If the customer has paid in cash, the value will be refunded in cash.
