Cancelation, Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to assist you and manage all your returns and / or exchange requests!

  • Return/ Exchange is applicable on products with defect or if they are not working.
  • Customers can share the defect via WhatsApp or Email


Please remember:

  • The product (s) must be in its original packaging and not unopened, with the original product order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts.
  • If the customer has paid the credit card, a refund will be made to his account, and a confirmation email will be sent to him.
  • If the customer has paid in cash, the value will be refunded in cash.
